• Raw Jute Selection & Sorting: We source top-grade Tossa and White jute from local farms, sorting them by length, color, and tensile quality.

• Softening & Conditioning: The fiber is treated with non-toxic softening agents to prepare it for carding and spinning.

• Carding & Drawing: The fiber is aligned, cleaned, and blended to form a continuous sliver.

• Spinning: Using ring-spinning and flyer-spinning frames, we produce a variety of yarn counts for Hessian, sacking, and specialty applications.

• Weaving & Looms: Power looms and shuttle looms produce rolls of Hessian cloth, webbing, and jute canvas.

• Finishing, Dyeing & Coating: AZO-free dyeing, calendaring, laminating, and polishing ensure product durability and market appeal.

• Cutting, Stitching & Printing: We produce bags, covers, and custom jute products using automated and hand-guided stitching machines.

Sample Lead Time: Typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

Sample Fee: USD 250.00, inclusive of sample and international shipping.

Payment Terms:

Proforma Invoice Acceptance: Must be confirmed within 24–48 hours of issuance.

Payment Method: 100% advance via MT103 SWIFT / International Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer.

Production Lead Time: Estimated 7 to 30 working days from receipt of advance payment.

Shipment Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 5–7 days upon receipt of the final balance.

Partial Shipments: Accepted for orders of 5 x 20′ FCL or more, with corresponding part payments.

Quantity & Weight Tolerance: ±5% tolerance is standard and acceptable.

Third-Party Inspection: SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas reports available at the buyer’s request and expense.
